DriveCentric

Sales & Lead Follow-UpData, DMS & Platforms · Quote-only pricing

DriveCentric is a dealership CRM building AI agents natively into the system rather than bolting them on, most recently expanding its agents from sales into service-to-sales workflows. Frequently searched by name, including three different misspellings, which says something about word of mouth.

Who it's for: Best fit: stores open to changing CRMs to get AI native in the workflow instead of bolted on.

What to ask in the Sales & Lead Follow-Up demo

  1. Show me the agent answering a direct out-the-door price question on a live store. Not a slide, the actual reply.
  2. Does it read live inventory and incentives, or a nightly copy?
  3. How does it decide when to stop following up, and can I tune it?
  4. Does it write full conversation history to my CRM, or a summary?
  5. What percentage of appointments it books actually show? Measured how?
