What Launched Today
Dealer AI Skills turns tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Cline, Windsurf, and other agentic coding environments into dealership-specific operators. Instead of starting with a blank prompt, a dealer or consultant can install a skill that already understands the dealership workflow, the audit structure, the scoring rules, and the output a store can act on.
To my knowledge, this is the first open-source AI agent skills marketplace focused specifically on car dealer operations. It is free to install, free to inspect, free to fork, and released under the MIT license.

Why Publish a Site and Tools at the Same Time?
Because reading about the fire does not put it out.
Dealer AI Guy will keep tracking the fast-moving AI shifts that matter to dealerships: AI search, agentic shoppers, technical website readiness, BDC automation, voice AI, local visibility, and vendor claims that deserve pressure-testing. But analysis is only half the job.
