DealershipMCP
DealershipMCP is our product: one Model Context Protocol server that gives any AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, vendor tools, or your own) a standard tool set over the systems a store already runs — DMS, CRM, inventory, and the service lane. Tools like search_inventory, get_customer, book_service_appointment, and push_lead return normalized data with role-based permission scopes, so agents work the same at every rooftop regardless of which vendors sit underneath. It exists to attack the integration problem this directory keeps flagging: agents are only as good as their access to the pipes. Currently in early access, onboarding pilot dealerships. Listed here because it's ours and labeled as such.
What to ask in the Data, DMS & Platforms demo
- What's your API access policy and cost for third-party AI tools I choose?
- Which AI features are native versus rebranded partner products?
- What data leaves my store, and who else can use it?
- When you launch an AI feature that competes with a tool I already pay for, what's my path?
- What's the real-time integration story versus overnight batch?
